Villa Verandah is a beautiful and spacious property situated in ¾ acre of landscaped gardens on the Jones Estate, just a few minutes walk from a safe, sandy beach, perfect for families with young children. Oualie Beach, a few minutes walk more, has facilities for booking diving excursions, sailing and windsurfing. There are also two restaurants within an easy walk of the property. The Four Seasons Resort (with golf and tennis facilities) is 3 miles away, on the edge of sandy palm fringed Pinneys Beach. There are bicycles for hire and also a riding school nearby.
The villa has been built in true plantation style, surrounded by a wide covered furnished verandah at first floor level. There is direct access from here down to the garden. To the rear of the house, surrounded by palm trees is a free-form swimming pool (30’ long and 3’ – 5’ deep), with a waterfall at one end. The pool can be illuminated at night and there is also a dining gazebo, perfect for poolside lunches.
The large living/dining room is very comfortably furnished and well equipped with cable TV, VHS, hi-fi, telephone and internet access. There are ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning units in the bedrooms. The first floor rooms open to the large verandah, fully screened with mosquito nets. Also cooled by ceiling fans and with a bar, living and dining area, it is perfect for relaxing during warm Caribbean evenings. To the west there are views of St. Kitts and the sea, with spectacular sunsets.

Main living/dining room. Open-plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave/convection oven, toaster, juicer and coffee maker. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and doors to terraces. This bedroom also connects to a small room, suitable for a young child or baby (baby cot available on request).
Ground Floor
Twin bedroom. Double bedroom with queen-size bed. Bathroom (shower only). Both these bedrooms open to the garden. Double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a hallway area with cable TV.
