This luxurious villa has a wonderful position, right on the beachfront at Rodeo Beach, 5 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. There are magnificent views from the property over the Mediterranean Sea, with direct access to the beach from the garden and pool house.
The villa was originally owned by one of Spain’s most celebrated flamenco dancers, and refurbished some eight years ago. The swimming pool was painted by Picasso as a gift for the owner. A two level terrace beyond the pool, has a covered seating area below with gates to the beach, while the upper terrace is furnished with sun loungers and has views along the coast. In the basement of the house, there is an indoor pool and sauna, large bar area and a discotheque, while at rooftop level is a huge terrace with a kitchen providing facilities for rooftop dining.
The main villa accommodates 10 guests, with further accommodation for 4 people in two small guest houses in the grounds. The vast living areas include a dining room seating up to 20 guests and a huge living room with a baby grand piano and sea views, an excellent venue for a formal reception. Smaller rooms provide a more intimate atmosphere for family get togethers. All four floors from the basement to the roof terrace are serviced by a lift. Most rooms are equipped with Bang & Olufsen televisions and Hi-Fi. There is also a wide screen home cinema system for entertainment.
