This charming and traditional Mallorcan house is situated in an idyllically peaceful location amongst olive, orange and lemon groves, just two kilometres from the pretty town of Sóller. From its spacious terraces, there are stunning views over the Sóller Valley and Tramontana Mountains. Entrance to the house is from the large front terrace, shaded by carob trees and a vine covered pergola and furnished with sun loungers, and table and chairs for dining outdoors while enjoying the fantastic views. On another terrace to the side of the house is the swimming pool (8 x 3.5m) also with views over the valley. The property has space for car parking. Inside, the rooms are simply, yet comfortably furnished, and amenities include a barbecue, satellite television, CD/radio machine and a baby cot (on request). There is no telephone, so guests would have to bring a mobile phone. The owner provides his own olive oil, oranges and marmalade for guests on arrival, as well as bread, wine and water. He is happy to arrange olive oil tastings on request. The property is ideal as a romantic retreat for two, or for a small family.
