Centrally located in the picturesque village of Deia this house offers a superb location for experiencing village life, yet retains privacy within its walled garden. Deia offers a plethora of bars, restaurants, boutiques and the charming beach which is just a 25 minute walk from the house. The beach which is pebbly is one of a number of small coves along the coast. Sandy beaches can be found a twenty minute drive away at Soller and the historic town of Valldemossa is just a 15 minute journey.
Insider tip – During the summer the Deia music festival runs and tickets go on sale well in advance. The season attracts some great musicians, so make enquiries once you have booked your villa!
Casa Pueblo is a stone built house offering light, airy and spacious Mediterranean accommodation in a beautiful town house situated in a cul-de-sac. The property enjoys a lovely outdoor terrace on the ground floor level with dining for up to 8 people and a small pool is situated in the garden area. There is a small upper lawned terrace too with bougainvillea trailing along the wall. Sun loungers are available for relaxing, and for evening suppers, there is a BBQ next to the pool. The pool can be heated on request and at a charge.
The interior of the property is very well furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, with traditional Mallorcan touches such as exposed beams, and arched doors, to provide a charming, relaxed holiday home. On entering the property guests find themselves in the large lounge with comfortable 3 seater sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, CD and internet connection. There is a separate dining room, leading from the kitchen. The house sleeps eight people with with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room at ground floor level, just off the living room. This bedroom can also be accessed from outside. There are a further three bedrooms upstairs: the master bedroom suite with a private sun terrace with distant views to the spectacular Tramuntana mountains, and two twin bedrooms which share a family bath/shower room. These upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.
