Casa Clara is a stylish modern villa situated close to the village of Campanet in the north of Mallorca. Located off a quiet country lane, the house is peaceful and completely private, yet just a short drive from the main road that links Palma to the northern resorts of Port de Pollensa and Port d’Alcudia. The Serra Tramuntana mountain range forms the back drop to this pretty location.

Approached through electric gates and via a short drive, Casa Clara is surrounded by mature gardens with flower beds and fruit trees. The large terrace to the back of the house, with dining table and comfortable sitting area, overlooks the outdoor pool (14m x 8m) with pool bar and outdoor kitchen area. Beyond the pool is the separate games room which features a pool table, sitting area and bar, an ideal spot for families with teenagers. The main house is spacious and bright, with an open plan layout down stairs overlooked by a gallery leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The main house has air conditioning and central heating making it ideal for both summer and winter breaks. Further amenities include both satellite TV and wi-fi internet access. Just 15 metres from the main house there is also a two bedroom guest house within the grounds.

Insider Tip Natural mysteries abound in this area. Visit the caves of Campanet which reveal stalagmites and stalactites centuries old or walk to Les Fonts Ufanes – a natural spring that bursts intto life during the spring and autumn, and provides a beautiful spot for a picnic during the summer.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor the contemporary open-plan sitting and dining areas look out onto the terrace and gardens. The kitchen is equipped to the very highest standards, including state of art coffee maker, dishwasher, double sink, gas and electric hob, two ovens, grill, American style fridge and full size wine cooler, it really is a chefs delight. On this floor there is a guest cloakroom. The ground floor double en suite bedroom can be accessed internally, and has private outdoor access.

First Floor
Upstairs the gallery leads on one side to two twin and one double bedroom sharing a family bathroom. To the other side is the spacious master bedroom en-suite with direct access to a large sun terrace.

Guest House
The guest house has its own sitting and dining rooms and kitchen. The casita includes two double bedrooms upstairs sharing a full bathroom with shower.

Housekeeper and gardener/pool maintenance Monday to Friday 09.00-13.00.
