Casa Bahia Pollensa is approached via a private drive. The house is surrounded by pretty gardens with mature almond, olive and fig trees. The wide lawns that surround the pool make this an ideal family holiday home with lots of space for children to play. There are sun-beds provided for use by the guests. The terraces have outdoor sitting and dining areas from which to enjoy the beautiful views. Pool heating on request.
Casa Bahia de Pollensa is built in traditional local stone. Many of the architectural features, such as doors and beams have been rescued from old country houses, mainland monasteries or convents and restored, resulting in a traditional Mallorcan style country home. Access to the house is via the entrance hall which is decorated with traditional images of Mallorcan dancers and a selection of rugs. From the hallway you enter the dining room which features a fireplace and doors to the terrace. There is also a sunken living room area to relax away from the summer heat. The well equipped kitchen also opens to the terrace with covered dining area and BBQ to make the most of evening al fresco meals. A selection of art decorates all areas of the property. The house also offers all modern comforts, including satellite TV and internet, and even provides robes and slippers with the Bahia monocle. There are many small details giving this property huge character. All bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating.
