This impressive, contemporary villa is built into the hillside in the residential area of Bonaire. The villa is just 2 km from the beach at Malpas and has easy access to the La Victoria National Park and the Alcanada Golf Course.

The living space consists of an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with sliding doors opening onto the furnished terrace and pool area. The terrace has an outdoor living area with sofas and a sun terrace.

The villa has air conditioning, satellite TV and wi-fi internet access. Due to its location and layout this house is not suitable for families with children under the age of 7.

Upper Level
Entrance to the house is via the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom with en- suite tower and terrace and a further double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Lower Level
Open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, opening to covered and uncovered terraces and pool area. There is also a double bedroom, shower room and laundry on this level.

Maid service on Saturdays (changeover day) with linen and towel change. Midweek cleaniing and towel change.
