Surrounded by large grounds of 1.450m2, there are furnished terraces with chill-out areas for watching the sunset. An outdoor table shaded by a vine covered pergola, and with built-in barbecue, provides an ideal spot for al fresco dining. The pool terrace, with infinity pool, and furnished with sun loungers contrasts with the rugged stonework of the landscaping. Architecturally, the house is characterized by its round-edged and hand plastered stucco, in classic Ibizan style, with the addition of minimalist touches.
Inside, the rooms are decorated and furnished immaculately, with top of the range fixtures and fittings. The micro-cement floors in silver grey and stone bath tubs in the bathrooms, the pure white painted walls and the use of teak and zebrano capture the light and feel of the island. The property is accessed through electric gates, allowing for increased privacy and security. It is just a short distance to the beautiful beaches of “Cala Tarida”, “Cala Moli” or “Cala Vadella”, shopping in “San Josep de la Talaia”, and excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood are nearby.

The main entrance leads on the right to the living room, with sea views, and equipped with a fireplace, flat screen satelite TV, DVD Blue Ray and music system for i-pod. Kitchen, opening to outdoor dining area, and fully equipped, including fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, separate wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster and juicer. 2 double bedrooms with independent access from the pool. Both have queen sized beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and sea views. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, while the second bedroom has a separate bathroom with walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms are separate suites and accessed only from the outside. Suite one is upstairs, and accessed from an outdoor staircase leading to the right to a large bathroom with a cement stone tub. The double bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed (2.00m x 2.00m), has its own living room with fireplace. Two large windows with sea views open up to a private rooftop terrace equipped with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The second suite is at ground level in a separate building. It contains a king sized bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. This room is accessed through its own private door or large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill out area. All bedrooms have built in cupboards.
