This beautiful, modern villa is situated in a small pine forest in the Cala Jondal area, just 5 minutes drive from the beach. The location is very quiet, yet just 5 – 10 kms from all the beaches in the south of the island. Ibiza town is about 10 minutes drive.
The villa (over 300 m2) sits within its own private grounds of 5000 m2. There are also 300m2 of terraces, furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors. The salt water infinity pool is 22 x 4m. There are plenty of sun beds and an outdoor shower.
The accommodation is in a main villa and an independent guest house. The rooms in the main villa have air conditioning, and there is also underfloor heating for out of season rentals. Amenities include plasma screen TV with international satellite channels, I-pod. x-box and wi-fi internet access. Each bedroom has satellite TV, a small fridge and a safety deposit box.
