This very beautiful 300 year old Finca is situated near Santa Eularia, just a few minutes drive from the golf course and the beach. There are also several good restaurants, bars and bank facilities all within a five minute drive. The house is surrounded by a mature enclosed garden with cypresses, huge palm trees, shrubs and many terracotta pots of flowers, including hibiscus and geraniums. The swimming pool (11 x 5m) is surrounded by terraces with covered and uncovered seating areas. There is also a pool house with shower and gym equipment. Entrance to the property is through a courtyard with pots of lavender, olive trees and a fountain. Surrounding this, Moroccan-style arches lead to covered seating and dining areas. There are steps leading up to a flat roof terrace on top of the house for sunbathing. The spacious interiors have wood beamed ceilings and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
