Waiheke Escape is a new, architecturally designed, spacious house, just 10 minutes walk from Palm Beach. Palm Beach is a beautiful, white sand beach, safe for swimming, and situated in a sheltered location, on the north of the island. There is a general store and café here, as well as a children’s playground. The property sits in a private position, nestled amongst a magnificent native bush reserve and offers the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the slower pace of life on this beautiful island. The surrounding native bush includes palm groves and large trees, with some lovely walkways where native birds can often be spotted. The house has five spacious bedrooms, all with stunning views. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms with super kings (which can also be split into twin share), and upstairs there is one large room with a queen double and one room with two singles. The house will easily sleep ten people in comfort. There are two bathrooms and a separate WC. The large spa bath and showers all have wonderful views of the forest. The exceptionally spacious and light, open-plan living area is comfortably furnished and equipped with television, stereo and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen is also very well equipped and a beautiful large, square dining table provides a great dining setting. The rooms open to a large sunny deck with outdoor dining area with barbecue. Further amenities include ceiling fans, hair dryers, heated towel rails in the bathrooms and a baby cot.
