Situated at Péreybère, just 3 kilometres from Grand Baie, this lovely villa has direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. One of the most popular beaches on the island, Péreybère beach offers safe swimming, and a good selection of beach bars and an open-air restaurant. Glass bottom boat trips can be taken to view the coral reef and tropical fish. The lively resort town of Grand Baie has an good choice of restaurants, night clubs, craft shops and boutiques. The villa is surrounded by a lawned, tropical garden with plenty of trees providing shade. A beautiful covered terrace at the front has sea views, and is furnished with comfortable rattan sofas and chairs. There is also an outdoor dining table and barbecue. Inside, the rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, and well equipped, including satellite TV, DVD, a phone, fax, a safe and CD player. There are three bedrooms in the main part of the house and two in a separate annex adjoining the villa. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
