Fiattone does not have shops and the nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest town with shops is the picturesque, medieval walled town of Barga, about 15 minutes drive away.

The master bedroom has two huge picture windows, to take advantage of the spectacular countryside views, and is furnished with designer furniture. There is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a family shower room, also marbled, and with views of the mountains. All bedrooms and bathrooms have high quality bed linen and towels. On the lower level is a dining room, kitchen, and a very spacious living room with two large white sofas with cashmere throws, wooden benching with velvet cushions, a fireplace and especially commissioned Moroccan lights. Equipment includes TV and DVD.
From the living room large French doors open to a covered loggia with dining table and six chairs and a state of the art barbecue. Beyond this is a gravelled area with pots of flowering plants. There are plenty of areas for sitting and relaxing outdoors, including the pool area, on a lower level, with swimming pool 10 x 5m), again with magnificent views over woodland and olive groves. On an upper level, there is a herb garden. There is parking at the property for 2 – 3 cars.

Utility room with washing machine, which also doubles as a third bathroom with shower and WC (much simpler than the upstairs bathrooms). A door from this room leads to the pool so great for showers after using pool.
