Conveniently situated, almost midway between Siena and Arezzo, it is a very convenient location for exploring both Chianti and the Crete Senesi. Local attractions easily reached from the property include summer concerts in a nearby medieval hamlet (starting late June), and the thermal spa of Rapolano, 15 minutes drive away. Just one kilometre from the villa is a sports centre with three swimming pools and tennis courts (open from June to September) and a little further, at three kilometres, a large lake where guests can pay a modest fee to fish.
