It is just a 5 minute walk down to the centre of town, which offers all local facilities, including grocery shops, butcher, fruit and vegetable shops, post office, bank . The coastal bus stop for Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi is also close by. The villa’s secluded position, high above the coastline, offers wonderful sea views.
From the front door, steps lead down to the ground floor, where there is a comfortable living room equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and Bose stereo system; the house also has a Wi-Fi internet connection. A door leads out onto the patio. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads into the dining room. There is also access by an internal staircase to a beautiful roof top terrace with cushions for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent coastal views. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each differing in style and colour and all boasting private bathrooms. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, with sea views and en-suite bathroom; it also has access to the main patio. Steps down give access to the magnificent indoor pool with its glass ceiling, frescoes, Jacuzzi jets, and chromotherapy lighting. A staircase leads up from the ground floor to the three other bedrooms. Two have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has its own bathroom in the corridor.
The patio is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas – ideal for taking breakfast while you enjoy the views. There is also a charming roof garden with a sofa and cushions. The outdoor area is also equipped with a barbecue. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool has recently been installed.
