Villa Positano is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Positano and within easy reach by car to the beach, and Amalfi coast highlights, such as Ravello, Sorrento and Amalfi. Other popular destinations, such as Naples, Pompeii, and Paestum, can be reached by private boat, by ferry, or by car. From its rooms and terraces overlooking Positano and the sea, the views are just spectacular.
The property is accessed by a gate and has a parking area (suitable for 2 cars), unusual for Positano. On several levels, there are terraced gardens with flowers and trees from where the views can also be enjoyed. The highest access is on the third level, where are three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, two of which have private terraces. On the second level (20 steps lower) is the main terrace, furnished with elegant sun loungers and armchairs designed by Philippe Starck and an outdoor dining area with a large table from where the panoramic views can be enjoyed. This leads in to the spacious living area, in modern Mediterranean style, with natural fabrics and large windows. The well equipped Miele kitchen, also on this level, has a classic pizza oven as well as a modern oven. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with access to a private terrace, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a further double bedroom and a Spa area with an indoor swimming pool with large windows overlooking Positano, and access to the garden.
All the bedrooms in the villa have sea views, and are tastefully furnished. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, Internet connection, telephone and washing machine. There is a lift, connecting all three levels of the house, as well as the parking area.
