Entrance to the property is into a flower filled courtyard with central maple tree providing shade, a bar and a pergola covered dining area with barbecue. The terrace extends around to the front of the house where there is a large sun terrace and swimming pool (9.5 x 6m, solar heated) from where the magnificent sea views can be enjoyed. A 50 yard path winds down from here to a private expanse of user-friendly rocks with easy access to the crystal clear water. A deck has been installed here and a diving board (shallow dives only). Further outdoor facilities include table tennis and a boules pitch.
The accommodation is in four parts, with the living area and a master bedroom in the main building, and three detached cabanas to the rear with their own patios and sea views. Being detached, the cabanas would not be suitable for very small children, but great for teenagers. The light and spacious living/dining area opens at the rear to the entrance courtyard and at the front to the sun terrace with swimming pool. A glass cupola above the round dining table gives a charming atrium feel, while built-in sofas invite comfortable relaxation. The well designed, air conditioned master bedroom, with fireplace, and bathroom offer wonderful sea views from both the bed and bath! Amenities include satellite TV, DVD and wi-fi internet connection (charged extra).

Entrance from courtyard to living/dining room/kitchen, which also opens to the front terrace and swimming pool. Kitchen equipment includes a small fridge, larger fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and food processor. Shower room with basin and WC, also accessed from the pool terrace. Master bedroom with 4-poster bed, satellite television (and video\DVD player)and doors on two sides opening to terraces. A few steps lead up to an open-plan bathroom with bath, double basin and separate WC.
