The rooms open to exceptionally spacious terraces, including a pool terrace with large infinity swimming pool and sun loungers from where the panoramic sea views can be enjoyed. Right next to the pool, in front of the villa, there is a comfortable and stylish outdoor living area, ideal for evening cocktails by the pool. Another area has a large marble outdoor dining table and seating for up to 12 guests. Both areas are fully protected under the shade of wooden pergolas, and there is also a beautiful built-in stone barbecue.
Accommodation is in a main house, consisting of two floors, and a guest house. In the main house, the ground floor rooms open to the extensive terraces. The very spacious and tastefully furnished living room area has a fireplace and a very generous indoor dining area, with a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The living and dining areas are interconnected by a stone-decorated archway, and the dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen on the other side. There is also a bedroom at this level. The upper floor comprises the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. All the bedrooms access a large veranda, furnished with bamboo chairs and sofas, and with fantastic views. The guest house is fully independent, with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Amenities include flat screen satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio, a safe and air conditioning in the guest house bedroom. All the other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
