Parisis Villas consist of two villas, built on 11.000 m2 of private land, and sharing a large infinity swimming pool. They are located in the popular area of Troulos just three minutes walk from the sandy beach at Troulos Bay. Troulos offers a good selection of tavernas, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance of the property. The large sandy beach at Koukounaries, considered by many to be one of the best beaches in the Aegean, is just a 5 minute drive away. The villas are 300 metres from a bus stop with regular services to Skiathos town and to other beaches on the island.
Newly constructed, the two villas are adjacent to one another, yet fully independent, so are suitable both for families or groups wanting privacy, or for larger groups wanting to be near each other. They both offer a high level of comfort and are practically identical in terms of interior design and furnishing. Each of the villas is on two levels and comprises 80 m2. On the upper level of each villa, there is a master bedroom, a spacious living room area with direct access to the swimming pool terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable indoors dining table. On the lower level of the villas, there is a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with hairdryer, and there is also an additional bathroom in Parisis Villa Two.
The large swimming pool (14 x 7m) is surrounded by a terrace furnished with high quality teak sunbeds, with cotton cushions, large umbrellas and a poolside shower. There is also a small 2.5 x 3.5m swimming pool for children, protected by a safety glass and anti-slip marble steps. Also on the pool terrace, there are two charcoal BBQs available for guests. The villas are surrounded by a garden, ideal for children. There is secure parking at the villas.
