Located in Troulos Bay area in the south of Skiathos, Folia Beach House is a lovely waterfront villa at Cape Amoni, only 9 metres from the sea and with access to a private beach. The large terrace, from where the panoramic views of the Aegean Sea can be enjoyed, has a shaded seating area under pine trees. There are two outdoor showers, one with hot water and one with cold water. A few steps lead down to beautiful private sandy beach with turquoise waters where guests can enjoy swimming, sunbathing and relaxation away from the crowds.
The interiors are characterized by the use of wood and stone, with a traditional triangular wooden ceiling, typical of Skiathos architecture, wooden floors and stone-built walls. The very spacious master bedroom opens to the terrace and there is a second double bedroom, which also has a double sofa-bed. Amenities include full air conditioning, LCD flat screen TV, hi-fi stereo and wi-fi internet access. A surfboard and mountain bike are available at the property and there is also mooring for a boat of up to 10 metres.
