The rooms are light with sunlight coming in through the living room terrace doors and the numerous windows on the vaulted ceilings.
At the front of the house is a large terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The terrace outside the living area is furnished with comfortable sunloungers. A few stairs lead down to the swimming pool level, with sunbeds, a shaded pergola with table and chairs, and an outdoor shower. The pool terrace also as a wonderful Giant Chess game. To the rear of the house, is a quiet lounge area and a small basketball court. There are 2 entrances to the property, the main entrance, and also a second private entrance via the garage.

On the ground floor is an open plan area with a comfortable sitting room and a spacious dining area for 6 persons. From the
dining area a few stairs lead up to a hallway with the bedrooms leading off: Master bedroom with king size bed and Jacuzzi bathtub within the bedroom. There is also a large dressing room and luxury bathroom with two sinks and a luxury steam- hydromassage shower. Second queen sized bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have exit to balconies with sea views.
From the bedroom hallway stairs lead to a TV room with TV, DVD and home theatre system. From the sitting area another hallway leads to the office –library, which has a balcony with sea views. A guest WC with shower serves both the sitting area and the office.
On the lower level of the house there is a corridor leading to a double bedroom with king size bed, a sofa that opens up to a double bed , en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with fantastic sea view. Next to the bedroom there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. There is also a guest WC. The kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining table is situated at the end of the corridor, and there is a door leading out on the pool area.
At the end of the corridor a door takes you down to a basement with a large colorful room with twin beds that can serve as extra bedroom or personnel bedroom. This room although it is spacious and well equipped, has no windows. Except the corridor inside the house, the access to this room can be also from an independent entrance connected the back terrace of the house.
