It is a popular holiday and weekend destination for wealthy Greeks and a boating paradise. Porto Heli offers many sporting facilities including water skiing, sailing, paragliding, tennis and horse riding. It is easily accessed from Athens by regular speed ferry service (2hrs from Piraeus) or by car (120miles/2.5hrs from Athens International Airport).
The house, one of a group of three, benefits from a private swimming pool (5x10m), and a terraced area, laid with classic Italian terracotta tiles. The terraces (300 m2 in total) include a pergola covered outdoor dining area (seating 12), with barbecue, and an outdoor bar. There are views from the terraces over the coastline and sea to the island of Spetses.
The interiors are very pretty, with cream painted walls and pale blue painted woodwork and blue furnishings. Equipment includes satellite TV and stereo, central heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is also a washing machine/dryer, a hairdryer and a baby cot (available on request). There is private gated parking at the property for two cars.
