Costa Villas consist of two adjacent but totally independent, recently built villas, each with private swimming pool, located in Costa, 6 kms from the village of Porto Heli. They are just 150 metres away from two lovely bays for swimming, one with sand and the other with rocks, and other beautiful beaches can be found a little further away, accessible by car or boat. Boats can be rented at Porto Heli (along with watersports’ equipment, such as windsurfing and waterskiing). The villas can be rented individually, or offer the ideal solution for larger groups of families and friends, who want to spend their holidays altogether, but remain independent.
The two villas are identical in layout and equipment. Both open to spacious terraces with a covered dining area, with barbecue, and also to a private swimming pool terrace. The style of each differs only in that one is modern and minimalist, while the other is more classical in terms of furnishings and decoration.
They both offer a very high level of comfort including air conditioning/heating, LCD satellite TV in the living rooms, DVD in the living room and internet access. Ideal for families, there is a children’s playroom in each villa, also equipped with TV and DVD, and with a kitchenette. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. There is spacious parking for two cars.

Ground Floor
Living room with fireplace, opening to covered terrace with outdoor dining area. Dining room, seating up to 12 people. Well equipped kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender and toaster. Guest WC. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, opening to terrace.
First Floor
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath) and opening to a covered verandah, and a balcony. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Lower Ground (swimming pool level)
Playroom, with a kitchenette, equipped with fridge, sink and hot plate. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. 2 twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. Additional bathroom.
