This attractive studio is situated near the village of Porto Heli. The area is generally known as the Costa Grecia and expands along the Peloponnesian peninsula facing the island of Spetses. It is a popular holiday and weekend destination for wealthy Greeks and a boating paradise. Porto Heli offers many sporting facilities including water skiing, sailing, paragliding, tennis and horse riding. It is easily accessed from Athens by regular speed ferry service (2hrs from Piraeus) or by car (120miles/2.5hrs from Athens International Airport).
The property is on the ground floor, with its own entrance and parking. From the private terrace at the front, there is direct access to an idyllic beach, just 10 metres below. The studio (50m2) was totally renovated in 2004, and its contemporary design and colours, and large windows allowing for ample light, give an atmosphere of a much larger space.
The open-plan sleeping area is separated by a medium height wall and comprises a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The large terrace in front of the property is accessible from both bedroom and living room areas. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD and small hi-fi. There is central heating and ceiling fans in the bedroom area. There is also a washing machine/dryer, a hairdryer and a baby cot (available on request).
