Villa Maria is a white Cycladic five bedroom villa with large terraces and direct access to the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria. The charming village and port of Naoussa is just 5 minutes drive away, and the main town and port of Parikia, approximately 15 minutes drive.
At the entrance to the property is a shaded car parking area for three cars. A path leads to a spacious interior courtyard with a large built-in marble table, BBQ, guest WC and an open air shower. Just off the courtyard is a guest room with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower, suitable for children/teenagers. Next to the guest room is the main entrance to the ground floor of the villa, with living and dining area and kitchen. There is another terrace off the kitchen with outdoor dining facilities, and a further covered terrace off the living room, with partial sea view. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor, just off the living room.
From the back courtyard, stairs lead to another guest house on the upper floor, with two bedrooms, one with King size bed and one twin bedded, and a bathroom with shower. There is a private veranda with panoramic view of the Aegean and Naxos Island on the distance. A day bed with cushions is available on this veranda for your relaxation. There is a further twin bedroom on the lower ground floor of the villa, with bathroom with shower. Fans are available in all the bedrooms and the villa is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and hi fi and wi fi in the living area. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
