This beautiful, newly constructed villa sits in a wonderful location overlooking the sea, in the area of Makria Myti in the south-east of the island. The sea just below the villa can be easily accessed through the rocks, or for families with young children, there are also two beaches approximately five minutes walk away. One is small and remote and the other is the popular beach of Alyki. Activities close by include windsurfing, scuba diving and horse riding. There is also a tennis court approximately 10 minutes walk from the property.
The villa is built on two levels with sea views from terraces and verandahs on both levels. The architecture is traditional of the Aegean islands, with a simple, modern design, and painted white throughout. The swimming pool terrace, with infinity swimming pool (11 x 4.5m) is on a slightly lower level from the house, in a panoramic position, appearing to be an extension of the blue Aegean sea.
The rooms are spacious and well furnished and comfortably accommodate up to 6 – 7 people. Amenities include ceiling fans in all rooms, plasma TV’s , a home cinema, internet access, hairdryer, washing machine and ironing facilities.
