It is just 30 metres away from an isolated pebble and sand beach, while Faragas Beach is about 150 metres. The nearest village is fishermen’s village of Alyki, about five minutes drive, and the main town of Paroikia is 15 minutes drive. From Paros, excursions can be arranged by speedboat to the islands of Naxos or Folegandros (40 minutes), and Santorini (1 hour).
With six bedrooms, the villa is very spacious and light, furnished in a minimalist style which is warm, stylish and yet very comfortable. The rooms open to large terraces with sea views, and with covered and uncovered areas for dining and relaxing outdoors. There is also an L-shaped swimming pool (13 x 6m), in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea. The terrace is a perfect place for sitting at the end of the day, enjoying a drink, and watching the sun set over Antiparos.
In the main part of the villa, there are two very large master bedrooms with sea views, as well as two twin bedrooms with rear views. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. In addition there are two independent guesthouses at the garden level of the villa, each with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and their own kitchenette and living room. There is also a staff bedroom with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Equipment includes wi-fi internet, a wide screen plasma television in the living room and both master bedrooms, DVD, stereo/radio/CD player/i-pod connection with speakers inside and outside for the terraces.
