Lefkada is one of the Ionian Islands, located between Corfu and Cephalonia. It is famous for its unspoiled beauty ... long sandy beaches, forested mountains and picturesque hilltop villages. The coastline is of steep rocks leading down to the sea, with beautiful sandy beaches lying between them. The west coast beaches are outstandingly beautiful, with several rated amongst the ten best in Greece. Nidri is the most popular area with the wonderful beaches of Agiou Nikita, Agia Anna and the magical Porto Katsiki, as well as the village Subota. Excellent local tavernas can be found in the mountainous villages, such as Episkopo, Kalamitsi and Athani.

Our villas here are located at Porto Katsiki, which can also be accessed by taxi-boat from the villages of Vassiliki and Nidri. Porto Katsiki beach is 40 kilometres south-west of the capital of Lefkada and is accessed by 80 steps descending down the cliffside. A car parking area and snack bars can be found on top of the steps.

Lefkada can be visited by car from the Greek Mainland, just 50 metres away, via a causeway and bridge. The island of Lefkada has no airport, but Preveza – Aktio Airport, on mainland Greece is a mere 20 minutes away from Lefkada Town and international charter flights operate throughout May to October from most European cities, as well as regular daily flights from Athens.
