The well planned accommodation comprises two buildings with generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The first building consists of two floors, where three of the villa's four bedrooms are located. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, with direct access to the swimming pool, and a second bedroom with a mezzanine, with one double bed and one single bed, and access to a balcony. On the upper floor of the same building, there is a master bedroom with one double bed and direct access to two spacious balconies with an exquisite panoramic view. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower. The second building features a very spacious living room area of 120 square meters with a fireplace, a TV area, a modern and professionally equipped kitchen and a dining area, comfortably seating up to twelve guests. An additional new twin bedroom with en-suite shower room has been built underneath the swimming pool area, and has its own separate entrance, and views of the surrounding grounds with gardens and oak trees.
The spacious terraces incorporate a large private swimming pool, and next to it, a pergola-shaded sitting area with built-in seating and stylish sun loungers. Around the building there are small paths leading either to the swimming pool or to the front terrace where there is a built-in outdoor dining table, seating twelve guests. Amenities at the villa include televisions in all bedrooms and the living room, DVD, CD, radio, playstation 2, a hairdryer and ironing facilities. Internet service can be arranged upon request with a 3G Card. In addition, there is a sound system both indoors and outdoors on the terrace, by the pool area. Two weeks’ minimum stay required at this villa.
