Situated 9 km from the town of Rethymno, on the north coast of Crete, these two villas form a charming complex, recently built in traditional Cretan style to high standards of luxury and comfort. Although the two villas can be booked separately, their close proximity (the villas are next to one another) makes them also suitable for larger parties booking the two properties together. The sea can be seen from the estate, and the nearest beach lies less than a kilometre away. The location is excellent for those who wish to explore Crete, but there is also plenty of interest in the surrounding area.
Each villa has a private swimming-pool (30m2) and its own garden, with olive trees, bougainvillea and other fruit-bearing trees. Both houses are on two levels, with three double bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is the lounge with a stone fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The stone walls harmonize with the wooden elements, and lend the spaces a refined country atmosphere. The bedroom on this level has a bathroom, as well as direct access to the swimming-pool and the garden. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, where there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus a further bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms have balconies with views to the sea and mountains. There are flat-screen televisions and DVD/CD players in the lounge and in the bedrooms. The lounge and all bedrooms also have air-conditioning, and both houses are equipped with Wi-Fi internet. Breakfast is provided free of charge for the first day of arrival, along with a welcome pack containing fruits of the season, dry fruits, a bottle of wine and bottled water.
