This beautiful villa, designed as an elegant Cephalonian style manor house with private garden and pool, is situated adjacent to the historic Migliaressis Estate. Both have belonged to the same family since the 17th century. Located near the south-west coast, Trapezaki beach is just 900 metres away, while Lithero, one of the best and most secluded beaches on the island, is 2.5 kms away, with a small tavern, renowned for its delicious fish. Also close by is Koroni beach (7 kms) with its crystal clear waters. The island’s capital, Argostoli, is 12 kms away. The villa is completely private from the rest of the estate, its ground bordered by a tree-lined stone wall. The owners have turned this idyllic spot into a refined eco–retreat, for visitors who are seeking peace and seclusion in unspoilt, natural surroundings. The estate is dominated by its impressive 19th century stone olive mill, turned into a private museum, and the extensive grounds have been planted with indigenous trees and traditional Greek flowers and shrubs. These, together with the existing ancient olive trees and Italian cypresses of the estate, form a unique Mediterranean landscape.
The villa sits in a beautiful panoramic position with the backdrop of mountains behind and views from the front over the valley of olive groves to the clear blue Ionian sea. A Tuscan style swimming pool (12 x 5m, 1.20m shallow end, 1.60m deep end), with Roman steps, extends from the front terrace of the villa, surrounded by lush gardens and trees. There is a helicopter landing pad on the estate, and facilities for boat charter nearby.
The elegant interiors can accommodate up to 6 - 8 guests in four bedrooms, with three state–of-the–art bathrooms. The rooms are furnished with custom designed furniture, with top quality fittings and collector’s items. The large (50m2) living room leads to a spacious front terrace with shaded seating and outdoor dining area. The extensive, fully equipped kitchen, opens to the dining area, and one of the bedrooms at this level, also opens to the main terrace. Both first floor bedrooms open to private balconies. Amenities include air conditioning and hearing throughout, 3 plasma satellite TVs, DVD player, hi-fi with radio, CD player, ADSL internet and I-pod speakers. A 5 seater jeep with A/C and insurance is offered at a reduced rate during July and August. Private yacht chartering can also be arranged. Changeover day here is a Sunday. Please note that there is a 10% price reduction in low season for groups of up to 4 people staying at the property. The property and grounds with the old olive mill also make a wonderful venue for a wedding or other special event.

The peak summer season rate includes a staff of two: a maid and a professional cook 6 days a week, plus washing and ironing of guests’ clothes twice a week. The cook prepares breakfast, snacks, and also prepares and serves 1 main meal per day, 6 days a week of which up to 4 meals can be dinners. An extra fee of 150 Euros per week is payable to the cook on arrival for the shopping services, if the clients so wish, which includes the petrol for her car.
For other seasons, the maid is included 6 days a week and the cook is on request at 65 Euros per meal.
2 gardeners come once a week (every Thursday morning at around 10.00 o’clock). On that day guests are advised to plan a morning at the beach (we can also arrange for a wonderful excursion by boat).
