This newly built and well planned villa, with its stylish interiors and spacious outdoor area with large private swimming pool, is situated in the area of Rahes, in the south of Alonissos. It enjoys uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, and is just a few minutes drive from some of the island's most famous beaches, such as Tzortzi Gialos and Agios Dimitrios. Although part of a complex of four villas evenly spread on a hillside, Villa Thalassa is fully independent and private, with its own parking area. The terraces include a lovely outdoor dining area with a wooden pergola and olive trees for shade, as well as the swimming pool area, with sun loungers.
The ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool terrace, via the living room, ideal for an invigorating morning swim. On the same floor, there is also a kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances, a spacious dining area and a guest bathroom with a shower.
Two separate staircases lead upstairs, one for each of the two bedrooms located on the villa's upper floor. Thoughtfully designed and distanced from one another to ensure complete privacy, both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with warm colours, and enjoying the same fantastic views from their balconies. The master bedroom is slightly more spacious, but otherwise, both are of a similar high standard, with king-size double beds, en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi, and air conditioning. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, plasma TV with satellite, DVD, CD/radio, wi-fi internet connection, a safe box, hair dryer and ironing facilities. You will be met at the heliport or Patitiri port on arrival and escorted to the villa. We are also able to arrange car hire, including vehicle delivery to the villa, and yacht/boat charter.
