Villa Petra is on the lowest level of a four-property hillside estate, located in the area of Rahes. Fully independent and private, this lovely property has spacious terraces, with a large swimming pool at the centre, and from where uninterrupted panoramic views of the natural green surroundings and the sea can be enjoyed. The villa is just a few minutes drive from some of the island's most beautiful beaches, such as Tzortzi Gialos, Leftos Gialos and Xrisi Milia. It offers a perfect holiday base for couples or honeymooners, or a small family.
Elegantly furnished and decorated throughout, the accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room area with classical style furnishings and two vertical windows allowing for much natural daylight. A wooden screen has been placed to create privacy for an additional guest bedroom with a single bed, and bathroom with shower. Both the living room and the additional bedroom have direct access to the swimming pool terrace. Right across the living room area there is a modern, fully equipped and spacious kitchen, also with direct access to the swimming pool area, making it easy for guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining.
A staircase leads upstairs to the cosy mezzanine master bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom. Next to the master bedroom, continuing up the stairs on the right, there is a beautiful corner set high above inside the house with a fantastic panoramic view from the large windows, an ideal spot to relax with a good book and a glass of wine. Stairs also lead up to a terrace, with spectacular views of the Aegean Sea, reaching as far as the island of Evia. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, plasma TV with satellite, DVD, CD/radio, wi-fi internet connection, a safe box, hair dryer and ironing facilities. You will be met at the heliport or Patitiri port on arrival and escorted to the villa. We are also able to arrange car hire, including vehicle delivery to the villa, and yacht/boat charter.
