This villa is located on the route des Salins in a residential area, just 5 minutes drive from the St Tropez centre and only a few steps from the beach. This large house between the sea and the countryside is a perfect spot to welcome friends or family alike. There is a remote control gate with videophone opening onto a large driveway with a fountain and a very large parking area to the side. There is a tennis court at the other end surrounded by trees and floodlights, perfect for evening games.

The large entrance door leads into a spacious hallway with a majestic staircase lit by a beautiful chandelier. To the left, there is a living room with fireplace, large corner sofas, recliner and armchairs, opening onto the dining room that comfortably seats 12 people. The separate fully equipped kitchen has an oven, gas cooker with 5 hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a table and chairs, TV screen and French doors opening to the terrace and garden.
A laundry room is at the back of the main kitchen with a washing machine and dryer.
An office with a bedroom is at the other end with separate access to the garden, an en suite bathroom (bathtub with shower attachment) and satellite TV.
To the right of the entrance, there is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bathtub with shower attachment) separate toilet, TV and satellite. Another double bedroom here has a TV and DVD, en suite bathroom (bathtub with shower attachment) and toilet. There is also a spacious children’s playroom / TV room with access to a large DVD collection.
First Floor
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with sitting area, TV and satellite facility, safe, en suite bathroom with round bath and large shower. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, both with en suite bathrooms (bathtub with shower attachment) TV and DVD facility. Separate toilet.
