Les Bains de Mer is a charming beachfront house with wonderful views of the sea and the islands of Port Cros, Ile du Levant and Porquerolles. It is located between La Croix Valmer and Cavalaire-sur-Mer, whilst Gigaro beach is some 10 minutes and St Tropez 30 minutes drive away. The property is situated in a small private domaine, which has a security coded entrance. The gated property has ample parking space for three cars and private access to the beach is at the bottom of the pretty garden, planted with a number of umbrella pines.
There is a wide beach facing terrace that is furnished with loungers and outdoor furniture ideal for relaxing to the sound of the ever present sea, while the balcony on the top floor offers wonderful views of the sea and the islands beyond. Planning permission has been granted to build a 12 x 5m pool in the garden. Completion is anticipated in the spring of 2012.
The house, recently refurbished to a high standard throughout is tastefully decorated in muted and soft colours with some interesting Asian and African furniture. Amenities include Internet access, air-conditioning throughout, outdoor shower, security safes andse iPod dock in 5 bedrooms, satellite TV, outdoor kitchen with Plancha and Boules court. Ground Floor
Entrance hall with discreet office, complete with desk, fax, wi-fi box. Guest WC. Staircase leading to both the lower and first floors. The living room is comfortably furnished with large sofas and armchairs set around the fireplace, large bay windows overlook the garden and the sea. To one side of the living area, there is an open-plan dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, toaster, filter coffee and Espresso machine. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor kitchen and dining area with covered pergola and dining table, which seats up to 12. There is access to two bedrooms from the living area. The first is the Master bedroom with 180cm bed, bay windows opening to the front terrace and en-suite bathroom with bath, basin, shower and WC. The other bedroom has a 160cm bed, access to front terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
First Floor
Stairs leading to three more bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, both en-suite, one with bath, basin and WC, the other with shower, basin and WC. The third bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Two extra bedrooms, both of which have twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, extra fridge and separate freezer.
