MAS DU CREPUSCULE

Situated in the countryside close to the pretty village of Eygalières, this unique mas is set in 30 hectares of land, and benefits from having a truly spectacular position in the heart of Les Alpilles mountain range. The grounds which are beautifully landscaped with pines, olive trees and a profusion of lavender, give a warm and typically provencal atmosphere. From this beautiful setting you can admire stunning sunsets reflecting on the neighbouring rocks.

A small practise golf course has been created amongst the trees so that golf lovers can warm up before testing the neighbouring golf courses of Les Baux de Provence and Mouriès. In addition there is a tennis court and a large heated pool 18x8m, with jacuzzi. There are terraces on all sides of the house, which enabe guests to enjoy the wonderful views that surround the house and grounds.

The newly restored living rooms are bright and spacious, and decorated and furnished with taste and subtlety. There are 10 bedrooms, as well as an independent studio . There is internet access in all the rooms.

Ground floor
Entrance with a sitting area. Dining room with leading to a large living room. Access to the rear terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and rear kitchen with two large fridges, another dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioned double bedroom with own outdoor access and en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV.

1st floor
2 staircases lead to 7 double bedrooms (four of them can be converted into twin bedded rooms) all with en-suite shower rooms or bathrooms and WC. Each bedroom has been equipped with an air conditioning system and flat screen TV. The size of all the double beds are 160cm.

Independent studio
There is an independent studio on the ground floor. It has an air conditioned double bedroom with flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and WC. Small kitchen with hob and small fridge and small living room. On the first floor there is an air conditioned bedroom that sleeps four with en-suite shower room. Independent WC and an air conditioned double bedroom with flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Full time maid (35 hours perweek) with extra maid service if required. Full time poolman / gardener. Chef and waiter on request, to be paid locally
