The house is surrounded by over a hectare of land, to the front there is an extensive olive grove, whilst to the side and rear of the property there is a more formal and attractive garden that includes a secluded enclosed pool area, which features a fair sized 12 x 6m step and alarmed swimming pool. There is large terrace that runs outside the kitchen and lounge to the side of the property, whilst there are several other attractive shaded areas to take advantage of the Provençal day or night for that matter. The whole garden has the most wonderful lighting system.
The mas has been decorated and furnished in a very individual and immediately welcoming style, with beiges and muted colours to the fore, whilst the mixture of a modern look and antiques work really well together. The Owner's passion for music, including the best live Rock and Roll band in the world is self evident in several rooms, hence the name of the property. Main house
The main entrance leads to a fair sized attractive hall with book lined wall, to the right is a fully equipped modern kitchen which opens onto the terrace, with features that include, fridge/freezer, Smeg oven range and breakfast table. Leading from both the hall and the kitchen is a 60 sq m open-plan dining room and lounge with piano, working fire-place and French windows leading to the outside terrace, which has both a shaded and open area. The Master bedroom leads off the lounge, with windows on two sides, a 180cm bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower, basins and WC. Off the hall, up a flight a stairs, is a very pretty double bedroom that enjoys spectacular views of Les Alpilles. Downstairs again and in the hall, opposite the lounge, there is a long corridor which has three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower, basin and WC. The third double bedroom has a separate bathroom, with shower, basin and WC that shares with the upstairs bedroom. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Between the kitchen and the living room there are stairs that lead to a wonderful fully equipped Hope Cinema, complete with couch and day bed, the ultimate luxury for hedonists. To the back of the main house there is separate accommodation in the Pool House Studio which features, air-conditioning, a 160cm double bed, living area with sofas and en-suite bathroom with, shower, basin and WC.
Le Mazet
At the front of the main house there stands an attractive mazet, originally dating from the 16th century, which features an Independent kitchen, living room, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. To the front of which there is an attractive terrace and shaded pergola.
