It is situated at the end of a country track, sharing electric entrance gates with a neighbouring, but independent family house. The drive into the house is a discovery of the real magic of the region, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and uninterrupted views over Les Alpilles with its rocky and imposing Garrigue vegetation.
The mas offers a combination of very spacious and stylish living with a mixture of comfortable sofas, mouth-watering antiques and eye-catching paintings. The interiors are decorated and furnished in an understated classic contemporary Provencal way.
The ground floor entrance leads to a first smaller living room with a fireplace, large French window opening onto the main terrace and views of the garden and beyond. From here there is access to a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and microwave) and to the garage with an extra fridge.
The kitchen is attractive, spacious and fully equipped with a large fridge (including ice and water dispenser), French Lacanche cooker, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a table and chairs to cater for dining.
Outside the mas is a stunning garden and there is also a main covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is an extra small fridge in the technical pool house too.
An alarm protected covered pool is situated up some steps in the heart of the beautiful garden. There is a bunk, large cushions and sun loungers to relax on and take in the picturesque setting.
