The house comprises of a spacious entrance hall with guest WC and a staircase leading to three of the en-suite double bedrooms, including the Master bedroom. A fully equipped modern kichen with access to an outdoor dining terrace. Four downstairs reception rooms including one with a piano, another used as a TV room. A dining room with seating for 14. A library. An upstairs office or music room with a state-of-the-art sound system. A delightful, spacious Orangerie with Grand piano. A laundry room. Another staircase leads to four other en-suite double bedrooms.
At the top of the main staircase, the Master bedroom is south facing with separate dressing room, 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower unit, two basins and separate WC. The second bedroom is again south facing with 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower unit, basin and WC. The third bedroom is north facing with 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, two basins and WC. On the first floor of the second staircase there is a fourth bedroom, which is south facing, with 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower unit, basin and WC. On the same floor, the north facing fifth bedroom has a 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. On the second floor of this staircase there are two further double bedrooms, one south facing the other north facing, they are currently configured as twin bedded rooms, though these can be converted to 180cm doubles, in fact all the beds in the house can either be used as 180cm double beds or twins. 20 hours of weekly cleaning is included in the price. Extra hours are available on request, at €15 an hour. There is also a rather special Chef service available on request, at €20 an hour. The wonderful and very discreet Guardian lives to the side of the property. |
