Located at the top of the pretty hillside village of Cabrières d`Avignon in the Luberon, and with the medieval chateau as a next door neighbour, this is a truly enchanting mas. It is very private, hidden from view behind a pretty walled garden with features that include a 5 x 3m plunge pool, several mature Mulberry trees, two covered and two open terraces. There is space to park two cars just outside the entrance of the property.
The mas, dating from the 18th century has just been completely renovated to a very high standard and is decorated and furnished in a contemporary, yet very attractive Provençal style. White and muted colours predominate.

There is a large comfortable open-plan living, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven range, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. Above the kitchen there is a mezzanine floor that can be used as either a TV room or study. There is laundry room with washer and dryer.
There are three fair sized double bedrooms with 180cm beds, all en-suite, one with a bath, the other two with showers, all have separate WCs. The fourth bedroom, smaller in size, has a 140cm bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
