Villa Azur is a very stylish, recently built, modern villa of 200 sq metres, which is located in the hills, with spectacular views, overlooking Villefranche Bay, the orange-tiled roofs of the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Villefranche-sur-Mer, with its colourful waterfront and wonderful restaurants, is a minute's drive by car, or a five-minute walk down a public stairway terraced into the hillside. To the west, the vibrant city of Nice with its famous Promenade des Anglais is ten minutes away by car; the coastal towns of Antibes and Cannes and the perfume centre of Grasse are not much further afield. To the east are a series of picturesque fishing villages: Beaulieu, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cap-d'Ail, and the cliffside village of Eze, and beyond them the principality of Monaco. Even the Italian border is only a half hour away.

Prepare dinner in the very well equipped kitchen using ingredients from the famed Cours Saleya fruit and vegetable market in Nice, or eat out at one of the area's outstanding waterfront restaurants.
Villa Azur is located on a quiet residential street that curves back and forth along the hillside just above the town. The house has two entrances, one at the bottom level, and another at the roof level, where there is gated parking for four cars. Features include air-conditioning, Internet access, alarm & security system, indoor safe, video-conferencing facility, fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and luxury appliances, built-in cooks grills, Siemens washer/dryer unit located in the kitchen, Industrial outdoor laundry,42" wall-mounted flat-screen cable TVs in all the bedrooms and living areas, heated infinity swimming pool, with deck and lounge chairs, artificial beach for children's play area or relaxing in lounge chairs among the palm trees , outdoor BBQ grill, table and chairs.

From the parking area, walk-down an outdoor staircase to access the entry patio, which includes a small outside dining area with BBQ. Entering through the front door, you will find the kitchen to your left and, to your right, the open-plan living/dining room with large French windows allowing magnificent views past the balcony to the Mediterranean. A guest WC is just beyond the pantry area. On this same level are the first two bedroom suites, one looking out to the sea and the other with its small private patio. Each of these bedrooms includes a 160cm double bed and en-suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have outdoor access to the pool.
Down a flight of dramatically-lit marble stairs, are the third bedroom suite and the Master bedroom suite, each opening onto the infinity swimming pool and deck. Both have 160 cm beds, en-suite bathrooms. Whilst the Master bedroom includes two large closets, a dressing area, and a walk-in shower.
A final set of stairs leads to the play/children`s room, which features variable coloured lighting and a large window seating bay looking underwater into the pool. There is a futon here for the possible use as an additional bedroom for a child.
