VILLA OPRTALJ

This impressive terracotta coloured villa dating from the 19th Century, is situated high on a hillside in Oprtalj, a picturesque little town in the north west of Istria. Oprtalj has food shops and restaurants, all within walking distance of the villa. From its hillside position, there are spectacular views over the countryside. This entire area, stretching from Zrenj in the north to Livade and the Motovun woods in the Mirna river valley, is renowned throughout the world for its truffles.

The accommodation is on three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms, all with a king-size bed, LCD TV with satellite connection.and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. The living room with fireplace, is also equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player.

Outside, there is a garden with swimming pool (10 x 4m) and furnished sun terrace, outdoor shower and a separate wellness and fitness area with sauna and whirlpool.
