This beautiful country villa sits in a quiet location close to the small medieval town of Bale, and just 13 kms from the coast. The house has been renovated very tastefully from a traditional farmhouse and the accommodation is on three floors, with the living areas at ground floor level, opening to the garden and pool, and the four bedrooms on the upper levels.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden (1500 m2) with mature trees and plenty of room for children to play. Outside the house is a swimming pool, with decking surround, furnished with sunloungers, a dining area and sun umbrella.
The air conditioned interiors are spacious and light, with wooden floors and ceiling beams. The bedrooms all have large double beds and the bathrooms (with shower) are equipped with hairdryers. The large living room has a fireplace, LCD satellite TV and DVD player. Wi-fi internet access is also available. The original water well on the ground floor is now a wine cellar, where Istrian wine and olive oil is available for tastings.
