Situated just five minutes walk from Jimbaran Beach, a two mile stretch of white sand, this luxurious villa offers the perfect setting in which to unwind, relax and enjoy all the delights that Bali has to offer. At one end of the beach there are many local seafood restaurants to try, and the centre of Seminyak, with a good range of restaurants, bars and shops, is approximately 25 minutes drive away. A little further, is Kuta, with its beach and surf school, and Waterboom Park, a favourite with younger children. For golf enthusiasts, The Bali Golf and Country Club at Nusa Dua, voted as one of Asia’s best golf courses, is just 15 mintues drive away.
The villa benefits from stunning ocean views, set against the backdrop of Bali’s dramatic volcanos. The accommodation is i three separate pavilions, each opening to the central pool area. The interiors and furnishings are of the highest quality with expansive living, dining and entertainment areas. The high tech equipment includes 5 flat screen TV’s, Bose entertainment systems on all three levels including outdoor speakers, mood lighting on the upper deck, satellite TV, iPod Docks, Playstation 3 and unlimited use of WiFi internet access. The villa has both air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The private 15 x 7m swimming pool has a removable pool fence, should guests wish to secure the area for small children. In addition there is a private gym, snooker table and a Balinese massage room (a masseur can be arranged to come to the villa). There are several quiet secluded areas where guests can relax , including a large Bale overlooking the pool. A double sunbed and umbrella on the upper deck, provides a quiet sunbathing spot, with panoramic views of the bay, and there is another sunbathing terrace just outside the master suite on the upper level. Also on this level is a large dining deck with surround sound and gas barbecue. An outdoor rain shower is ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach. A baby cot and high chair are available and babysitting can be arranged on request. Airport transfers are included in the rental price.

Bedrooms: Two master suites, one on the upper level and one on the lower level. Both Master suites have Four Poster Beds, large marble bathrooms with separate bath and rain showers. The Upstairs Master adjoins a secluded garden. It also has a flat screen TV/DVD player and iPod Dock. The Ground Level Master opens out onto the swimming pool and also has double doors to small garden area. There are 2 further junior suites also with large marble bathrooms with rain showers. Both rooms access private garden areas. One bedroom comes with additional 2 single trundle beds so that it is possible to sleep with two children in that room in comfort . It has a flat screen TV and DVD player and iPod dock. All 3 downstairs bedrooms open out onto the pool area and all bedrooms are individually interior designed. The Study has a single mattress daybed which can either be used as a sofa or proper single bed should additional sleeping space be required.
